Abstract
Due to the ongoing convergence of products, industries and technologies at world level, innovation capacity is rapidly improving. New technologies and the ability to bundle services on competing infrastructures are driving convergence and transforming many industries. The new innovation environment is defined by co-creation experiments within a value chain and supported by e-networks connecting suppliers, partners and customers at world level thus rapidly changing business models. In this presentation, we will see few innovative ideas implemented and global trends flowing in this digital era.

Dhinakar Gunasekar (Dhina), a computer engineer and management consultant has been working in IT organisations for 15 years with expertise in consulting, innovation, building innovative business solutions across industry verticals for various domains. In his current role as Head of Business Solutions Unit for Australia and New Zealand, Dhina is responsible for dwelling in innovation and building innovative business solutions leveraging on latest technologies through TCS Alliance Partners in the market addressing key needs of customers in the geography. As part of Dhina’s current role, owning the TCS Customer Experience Centre and Business Solutions Lab in Cincinnati, he provides state of the art infrastructure facility and latest technology capabilities to customers and TCS account teams in the geography to work on innovative business solutions.
